  • Personal survival and environmental protection
  • Liability and documenting
  • Cooking features of the limited assortment of dishes
  • Service organizing in different sailing conditions
  • Food, dishes and beverages storage conditions and expiration terms
  • Cleaning and sanitary requirements for ship’s accommodations
  • Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. Standard A3.2
  • Laboratory and practical exercises


Entry requirements     Ukrainian citizenship or residence permit. Secondary education. Age at the end of education – not less than 18 

Number of participants    maximum 10

Course duration          24 hours / 3 days
