- Personal survival and environmental protection
- Liability and documenting
- Cooking features of the limited assortment of dishes
- Service organizing in different sailing conditions
- Food, dishes and beverages storage conditions and expiration terms
- Cleaning and sanitary requirements for ship’s accommodations
- Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. Standard A3.2
- Laboratory and practical exercises
Entry requirements Ukrainian citizenship or residence permit. Secondary education. Age at the end of education – not less than 18
